Danielle Anders went above and beyond to make our first home purchase amazing! I am so grateful she was our realtor for this very exciting moment in our lives! She did so much for us throughout the whole process and that’s just what we saw. I KNOW there is so much more she did behind the scenes to get us to closing! She is very kind and genuinely cares about the people she works with. My kids love her and had so much fun looking at houses with her! She had them dreaming and scheming about their new rooms and what they could do in the new backyard! She really did a wonderful job helping them feel included in the process! Justin and his team were wonderful to work with. He helped us to buy and sell homes over the past 4 months and our transactions went seamlessly. I’m an anxious person and he was available to help answer questions in a timely fashion and made us feel like we were valued business partners. I knew him before he was a realtor and can confirm that he is an honest person who has integrity, which is comforting, because I have met a few bad realtors in my life who will do some shady stuff to turn a dollar. If there were any issues he worked fast to resolve them. We began working with Justin in late 2023 while searching for our first home. Justin went above and beyond to help us explore options that best suited our family's needs and budget. We appreciated most that we felt heard and supported throughout the experience and were never pressured or rushed to commit to a home. Ultimately, we decided to build a home with a local builder, which was new territory for us. Justin was a steady source of guidance and support and helped us navigate some challenges during the pre-build and build process. On the few occasions he was out of town, Liz and Billy, two of his team members, were available to assist; both were wonderful to work with! We now live in a beautiful home and safe neighborhood we love, with the peace of mind that this home was built for all the various conditions (earthquakes, long and cold winters, etc.) that Alaska will throw at it. We've done 4 real estate transactions with Aspire (specifically Justin) and we cannot say enough good things about them. They have made it slick and easy, and we've come out ahead on each transaction! I understand there was some drama with a former agent posting insensitive stuff online. I can vouch that this agent has not worked for Aspire for a very long time and it's unfortunate they did not have the professionalism to remove the affiliation when they parted ways. I can also vouch that this individual's statements are directly contrary to the values and actions of Aspire Realty Group
